As Administrator, Brad serves as the District’s chief executive officer and reports directly to the District Board of Trustees.  Brad spends most of his time working with District staff on long-range planning, expanding service to unsewered customers through capital improvement projects, and improving operational efficiencies of the utility.  Brad is also the primary contact for developers and builders seeking to connect to the District’s sewer system.    

Brad has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Arkansas State University and twelve years’ experience in the heavy civil construction and consulting engineering industries.  Brad is a licensed professional engineer in Missouri and Arkansas.
