TCRSD Public Service Request (PSR) form is to be used when larger amounts or more complex types of data from the District needs to be researched and/or provided beyond the typical record or form.

DATA REQUEST CHARGES

A. Research Charge: $20.00 per hour
(less than 5 minutes are free).

B. Copies: 10¢ per letter size copy.

C. CD/DVD: $10.00 per copy.

The District will contact you with any questions.
Payment will be required when you collect the product.
