The Taney County Regional Sewer District (TCRSD) is a public governmental body subject to the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610 RSMo. Response Time

The District will act on each request no later than the end of the third business day following receipt (§ 610.023, RSMo). The day the request is received does not count as one of the three business days. If records cannot be produced within that time, the Custodian will explain the delay and provide an estimated date.

Search & location of records — $20.00/hr (no charge for ¼ hr or less)
Copying & preparing records — $20.00/hr
Copies 9×14 in. or smaller — $0.10 per copy
Copies over 9×14 in. — $0.20 per copy
CD — $2.00 each
Electronic transmission (email) — No charge

Closed & Redacted Records

Certain records may be closed under § 610.021, RSMo. When a record contains both open and closed information, the District will redact the closed portion and provide the remainder (§ 610.024, RSMo).
