ℹ️

Whether you're building something new or just moved into an existing property, TCRSD makes it straightforward to get connected and set up on billing. Choose the option below that fits your situation.

📋

New Billing Service

Recently purchased or moved into a property already connected to the sewer system

If you've recently purchased a property, moved into a rental, or taken over responsibility for a connected address, you'll need to set up a billing account in your name. It only takes a few minutes.

1 Complete the Central Sewer Billing Application — print and mail it, or submit it online.
2 Our office will process your application and set up your account, typically within one business day.
3 You'll receive an invitation to the Customer Portal where you can pay bills, set up ACH, and manage your account.
🏗️

New Construction

Connecting a newly constructed building to the central sewer system

Any new building connecting to the central sewer system requires a Connection Permit before work begins. This ensures your connection meets all TCRSD regulations and is properly documented.

1 Review the Procedures for Connecting document (Section 2.07) to understand all requirements before you begin.
2 Submit a completed Connection Permit Application to the TCRSD office for review and approval.
3 Once approved, coordinate with our field team to schedule the connection inspection.
4 After a successful inspection, set up your billing account using the New Billing Service section below.
